Prado and Sons Industries Inc. (PSII) has become a leading global manufacturer of armored trucks and truck bodies in the Philippines.

Prado and Sons Industries Inc. specializes in designing and manufacturing cash-in-transit armored trucks. Our trucks are highly regarded and meet the stringent requirements of multiple security and law enforcement agencies, as well as commercial banks nationwide.

Custom armored to each client’s unique specifications, we also offer the finest bullet-resistant protection, the quality that makes all the difference to survival.

We also assemble and produce multiple truck bodies for various applications and purposes, such as construction, logistics, and utilities. Our services also extend to maintenance and repair.

The
Founder

The late founder and chairman of Prado and Sons Industries, Inc. was a visionary leader who had a profound impact on the company and the industry as a whole. He dedicated his life to building the company from the ground up, and his entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to excellence seeped into all aspects of the business.

Born on January 5, 1941, Mr. Dante P. Prado began his career as a Mechanical Engineer before he decided to start his own business. In 1985, he founded Prado and Sons Industries Inc., starting out as a small fabrication shop with only a few employees. Through his hard work and determination, he was able to grow the company  into a leading manufacturer of armored trucks and truck bodies in the Philippines, with a reputation for quality, reliability, and innovation. Under his leadership, the company expanded its operations and established a strong presence in the industry, earning numerous accolades and awards along the way.  His vision and commitment to excellence served as an inspiration to the company’s culture and values for years to come.

Sadly, our founder passed away on September 27, 2021, leaving behind a legacy of excellence and numerous accolades and awards to his name. His contributions to the industry and his commitment to quality and innovation will always be remembered and celebrated by the company and the wider community.

Patrick L. Prado

Atty. Patrick “Bullet” Prado is a lawyer with a solid educational background, having graduated from the Ateneo de Manila School of Law. He practiced under the law firm of Rodrigo Berenguer and Guno. Prior to his current endeavors in public service, he honed his skills in the corporate world as the Chief Operating Officer and President of Prado and Sons Industries Inc. His leadership acumen propelled him to assume the esteemed roles of Chairman of the Board and CEO of the company in February 2021. Beyond his corporate success, Atty. Prado has dedicated himself to civic duty, currently serving as a City Councilor for Caloocan City, District 3. His peers have entrusted him with the important responsibility of Majority Floor Leader in the 12th Council, showcasing his commitment to effective governance and legislative leadership.
